When looking for ways with potatoes to accompany a meat dish one day, I did not want to make chips..obviously because they had to be\u00a0fried! I had no idea what to do until I found this really simple recipe. Tried it and they are way better than fries. So simple and no fuss at all!<\/p>\n

INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Evenly-sized large potatoes
\nOlive oil
\nMelted butter
\nSea salt
\nPepper<\/p>\n

DIRECTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pre-heat oven to 220 degrees C.<\/p>\n

Wash the potatoes, pat them dry and cut them thinly\u00a0almost all the way through and arrange in a baking dish lined with baking paper.<\/p>\n

Drizzle olive oil followed by the melted butter evenly over the top of the potatoes.<\/p>\n

Finish with freshly ground sea salt and black pepper.<\/p>\n

Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown.<\/p>\n
