And I wanted to make something different from the usual favourite fish dish, Baked Moroccan Fish.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Hubby\u2019s fish fritters recipe was just right. It was easy to make and I was excited about trying out our new food processor..<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>These fritters are also great as an appetiser or can be served as tapas preceeding a meal..<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 pack of white fish fillet (484 gms)<\/p>\n<p>2 cloves garlic, minced<\/p>\n<p>A handful of fresh parsley, chopped<\/p>\n<p>Salt to taste<\/p>\n<p>Canola oil for frying<\/p>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cut the fillet into chunks, place in food processor and mince it.
