{"id":228,"date":"2009-03-06T23:04:00","date_gmt":"2009-03-06T20:04:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zarada.net\/?p=228"},"modified":"2011-04-16T21:52:32","modified_gmt":"2011-04-16T18:52:32","slug":"lasagna-bolognese","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zarada.net\/?p=228","title":{"rendered":"Lasagne Bolognese"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right-width: 0px; display: inline; border-top-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px\" title=\"Lasagna\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Lasagna\" src=\"https:\/\/zarada.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/03\/lasagna.jpg\" width=\"520\" height=\"196\" \/>&#160;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#160;<\/p>\n<p>Bolognese sauce made with 1\/2 kg minced beef (See <a href=\"https:\/\/zarada.net\/?p=184\" target=\"_blank\">Spaghetti Bolognese<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>9 lasagne leaves<\/p>\n<p>Shredded Parmesan cheese <\/p>\n<p><strong>For the B\u00e9chamel:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3 \u2013 4 tbsp butter<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 tbsp flour<\/p>\n<p>400 \u2013 500 ml fresh or UHT milk<\/p>\n<p>salt to taste <\/p>\n<p>&#160;<\/p>\n<p>Prepare the Bolognese sauce first.<\/p>\n<p>While the sauce is cooking you can pre-boil lasagne leaves according to instructions on the package. Drain and lay them flat on a plate so they don\u2019t stick to each other.<\/p>\n<p>Lay 3 lasagne leaves on the base of an over-proof casserole dish or Pyrex. Pour 1\/2 of the Bolognese sauce and spread evenly over the leaves. Lay three more lasagne leaves and add the balance of the sauce. Lay the last 3 lasagne leaves.<\/p>\n<p>Pre-heat over to 180 degrees Centigrade.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prepare the B\u00e9chamel:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heat the butter over a medium fire and when melted, add the flour. Stir for approximately 5 minutes on a slow fire. DON\u2019T LET IT TURN BROWN OR BURN. <\/li>\n<li>Add a little milk and stir. Keep adding the milk and stirring until a smooth consistency is achieved. You may need 400ml milk or more.
