{"id":105,"date":"2009-02-20T17:28:53","date_gmt":"2009-02-20T14:28:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zarada.net\/?p=105"},"modified":"2009-03-04T21:59:49","modified_gmt":"2009-03-04T18:59:49","slug":"spanish-style-red-cabbage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zarada.net\/?p=105","title":{"rendered":"Spanish-style Red Cabbage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\/4 red cabbage<\/p>\n<p>2 cloves garlic<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp smoked hot pimiento powder<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp olive oil<\/p>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Slice the red cabbage finely and boil in salted water till well-cooked. Drain.<\/p>\n<p>Peel and mince the garlic. Heat the olive oil and fry the garlic on low heat.<\/p>\n<p>Add 1\/2 tsp of smoked hot pimiento powder and fry briefly being careful not to burn it.<\/p>\n<p>Add the boiled red cabbage and mix well. Remove.<\/p>\n<p>Serve as a side with any Spanish dish e.g. al-bondegas.
